My Ecological Footprint - Not Pretty :(

In used the quiz from the Center for Sustainable Economy to calculate my ecological footprint.  These are my results....and this is actually less than that of the average American.  You can click on the picture to see the breakdown of how my usage of resources affects different portions of our environment.  Through the quiz I learned a few things:
  1. I can reduce my usage of electricity by unplugging computers and small appliances I am not currently charging or using.  This also works if I have a power cord with a switch on it.
  2. I can reduce my carbon footprint by going to the local farmer's market to buy food and/or growing some in my yard (I do grow some of my vegetables but I could grow more).
  3. I can reduce my carbon footprint by riding my bike more often.
  4. I can reduce my carbon footprint by eating more vegetables and less meat.
  5. I can reduce my carbon footprint by drinking less coffee.
  6. I can reduce my ecological footprint by buying my electronics used instead of new.
From this moment on I will commit to doing as many of these things as I can as much of the time as I can.  What will you do?  Take the quiz and see what your carbon footprint is!  Estimate for your household at home and if you don't know then try and see if you can find out.  Post the link to your results in the comments section of this post along with your name.
